Yes! We are a fully licensed and insured professional cleaning company.
This means:
- Our business is properly registered to operate in Virginia
- We carry general liability insurance to protect your home and belongings
- Our team is covered while working on your property
Hiring an insured company gives you peace of mind knowing you’re protected in the rare event of accidental damage or injury. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
How long does each cleaning take?
The length of a cleaning depends on several factors, including the size of your home, its current condition, the type of service requested, and how many cleaners are assigned. On average:
Maintenance/Recurring Clean: 2–3 hours
First-Time or Deep Clean: 2–5 hours
Move-In/Move-Out Clean: 2-5 hours
Homes with pets, heavy buildup, clutter, or added services (like inside the fridge, oven, etc) may require additional time. We schedule each home based on your specific needs rather than a strict time limit to ensure the best results.
Do I have to be home when the ladies come to clean?
No!
Our ladies are dependable and trustworthy. All we need are access instructions to the home whether that is leaving a key, sharing any access codes, etc.
What can I do with my pets during the cleaning?
Depends on your pet! If your pets don't do well with other people in the home, we do recommend putting them away during the cleaning.
Options that work well:
- Crating pets
- Using a gated room or garage
- Having them outside or with a family member during the service
We can work together and talk about different options as this varies from home to home.
Do the same people come to clean my house?
We do our best to keep the same 2-3 ladies assigned to your home for each cleaning
Are initial cleanings more expensive? Why?
Yes, our first cleanings are more expensive due to the amount of products and time we spend at your home.

What time would the ladies be arriving to my home?
Upon scheduling, we will give you an approximate time of when our ladies will be arriving to clean your home. We provide 1-2 hr slots for their arrival (e.g. arrival between 8-9am).
What happens if something is broken or damaged during cleaning?
We treat your home with the utmost care, but accidents can occasionally happen. If something is damaged during your cleaning:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of your service.
- We will review the situation with our team and address it promptly.
If our company is found responsible, we will repair, replace, or compensate for the item at fair market value.
We are fully insured for your peace of mind. However, we cannot be responsible for items that are already damaged, improperly installed, fragile due to age/wear, or placed in unstable locations.
Do I need to provide any supplies or materials?
We bring everything we need to provide the service. If a certain product is requested, client will have to provide at the time of service.
Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities before your cleaning day.
Do you clean on holidays?
We are closed on major holidays such as:
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
- Christmas Eve (December 24)
- Christmas Day (December 25)

Are contracts required for cleaning?
No—long-term contracts are not required for our cleaning services. We believe you should stay with us because you love the service, not because you’re locked into it!
However, we do ask all clients to complete a Service Agreement before the first cleaning. This isn’t a contract commitment—it simply outlines:
- Our policies (cancellations, pets, access, damage, etc.)
- What is included in your cleaning
- Pricing and payment terms
- Expectations for both you and our team
This helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures everyone is on the same page.
Recurring services can be paused or canceled at any time with proper notice according to our cancellation policy.
